- The WhatsApp wedge. Nobody else in Indian legal tech is doing real-time court alerts on WhatsApp, let alone a chat-based practice management agent. The user behaviour (lawyers messaging us the way they message a colleague) is the story.
- Made in Bharat, for Bharat. We built this in India, on Indian data, for Indian advocates. The team includes practising lawyers who lived the problem.
- AI that augments, not replaces. The founding thesis is that AI should give lawyers more time for clients, not replace them. The architecture reflects this (heavy language softening in the rapid-arguments pipeline, no training on user data).
- The court-data problem. India's official court-data systems are among the world's largest — and brutally user-hostile. We built proprietary infrastructure to make them usable for advocates who don't have time to fight the UI.
